Based on the new teaser on Twitter, it is confirmed that the Redmi note 7 could launch in February end. The new teaser marked by Manu Kumar Jain says that the Redmi Note 7 will definitely not launch in March in India, as it is about to debut in February end.

Redmi Note 7’s first sale might be in the first week of March If the product launches at the end of February. Since these usually take place one week after the device has gone on sale. Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Jain believes that the Redmi Note 7 will turn the Indian smartphone industry upside down.

The Redmi Note 7 was first launched in China last month with a price tag of 999 yuan which, when translated, comes to around Rs 10,500. There are two more models too. The second variant of Note 7 with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage sells for 1199 yuan, approximately Rs 12,400. We expect all three models of the phone to head to India as well, and the pricing should be pretty much close to the China price.

Xiaomi has tried pretty different and new things with the Redmi Note 7, something we haven’t seen in the previous Notes. This is the first Redmi Note phone to come with a waterdrop notch and gradient finish on the back. The Redmi Note 7 is available in several funky colors in China, and all the color variants of the phone are expected to head to India too.

This could be the cheapest phone in India to launch with a 48MP camera at the back. The Redmi Note 7 also has a glass body design, which will be a first for its Note series in India. So far, the Redmi Note devices have offered a metal unibody design. The novelty is powered by a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. The Redmi Note 7 comes packed with a 4,000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 4.

The Indian pricing of the Redmi Note 7 is expected to be around Rs 10,000. And if only Xiaomi can get the India price of the Note 7 right, this is the phone the consumers should wait for. The phone is all expected to launch on February 28.
