We have already come across some renders of the Galaxy S10 and wearables like the Galaxy Watch Active and Galaxy Buds. The upcoming event on February 20 is shaping up to be a busy affair for Samsung, and it now seems that the company is also readying a new tablet. Samsung is working on a successor to the Galaxy Tab S4; the new tablet is apparently called Galaxy Tab S5e.

Tipster Evan Blass and Ishan Agrawal posted a press render showing off Galaxy Tab S5e’s thin bezel design and a non-glass back. Details are scant currently, but from the renders, it seems Samsung has managed to make the new tablet even thinner. We can see the new One UI icons on display, and at the back, the camera has been shifted to the top left corner.

Evan Blass has put a picture on his Twitter account of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S5e from Samsung. The tablet shows strong similarities with Apple’s iPad Pro. It is mainly the back with its new antenna lines that make it look like the iPad Pro. Also, shifting the camera to the corner is in line with Apple’s tablet. There are no further specification details that could be confirmed right now.

When Samsung announces the Galaxy Tab S5e is still unclear. It has an event scheduled for February 20, but it mainly revolves around the Galaxy S10 family. It is plausible that Samsung will keep this tablet for the Mobile World Congress at the end of February in Barcelona. It may then bring the S5e into silver and black. Hopefully, we will hear when and at what price we can purchase it.
