Audi launches the new Audi TT RS at the Geneva Motor Show on March 9th, 2019. The Audi TT RS looks sportier than the previous model, but it is almost the same as the previous version of the Audi TT RS. The front of the car still features the original hexagonal mesh and wide strips, standard LED headlights, and optional matrix LED headlights.

Some features remain unchanged in the 2019 Audi TT RS, like the 400PS/480Nm, 5-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor, and the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and Quattro AWD drivetrain. One major change is that extra radiators have been added behind the large front air intakes. It would help in cooling faster. What Audi did with this new version of the car is that it upgraded the car a little. The front bumper is certainly new to give the car a ‘wide’ look. Audi has also added a new rear wing which does not seem to have any function at all.

The rear bumper has additional exhaust vents, even though it is not sure yet whether they are functional. The exhaust is slightly inboard and is surrounded by a diffuser. However, the 2.5 liter, 5 cylinder, turbocharged TFSI motor remains the same. It continues to develop 400PS of maximum power and 480Nm of peak torque from as low as 1950rpm.

The engine has a maximum power of 400 horsepower and 480 Nm torque. Like the previous model, the new Audi TT Rs still has a remarkable acceleration time. Equipped with a Quattro four-wheel drive system, it has an acceleration time of 3.7 seconds per 100 km. The Audi TT Rs is available in Kamali Green, Turbo Blue, and in Pulse Orange. It is priced at 67,700 euros in the European markets or about RMB 512,000. However, the Audi TT RS is not officially on sale in the Indian market.
