New iPhone models with triple camera

The 6.1-inch OLED model is closer in size to the iPhone XR than to the iPhone XS. The recently introduced Galaxy S10 also has the same format screen. The current top model, the iPhone XS Max has a 6.5-inch display, this seems to correspond to the new top model, the iPhone 11 Max. Both models are getting a bit thicker than last year, which has to do with the new camera system.
It has been talked about for a long time that Apple will implement three rear cameras in its new models. Yet until recently, little was known about the design. However, photos have surfaced several times in the past month, showing that Apple is opting for a very special triangular camera setup. The flash is placed slightly above it. The whole looks rather asymmetrical, yet this seems to be the actual design.
According to Macotakara, both new iPhone 11 smartphones will have this triple camera system. Incidentally, this is inconsistent with earlier reporting. Earlier this year, the Wall Street Journal published an article that talks about three new iPhone 2019 models. Only one of them would have the updated triple camera system, the iPhone XI Max.
In addition, two models with a dual camera would be introduced. The cheapest iPhone, the replacement of the iPhone XR, is equipped with an LCD display instead of an OLED screen. From 2020 all Apple smartphones will be equipped with an OLED display, according to the WSJ.
Furthermore, the iPhone 11 will probably offer support for reverse wireless charging, a function that is also available with the Samsung Galaxy S10 and the Huawei P30 Pro. Finally, the new Apple telephones come with a USB Type-C to Lightning cable and an 18W USB-C charger.
Earlier rumors speak of a significant improvement of the battery, there is the talk of a 4,000 mAh battery for the top model. For comparison, the iPhone XS Max has a 3.174mAh battery. Some time ago the news also emerged that Apple iOS 13 will have a dark mode. This nightwear makes it more pleasant to look at the screen in the evenings and will also be a lot more energy efficient.
When is the iPhone 11 expected?
The new iPhone 11 models are expected around September 2019. Nothing is known about the price for the time being, but given that the top models become a little more expensive each year, it seems likely that this will also apply to Apple’s new smartphones. Both the Samsung Galaxy S10 and the Huawei P30 are no less than € 100 more expensive this year than last year, and the American smartphone manufacturer will also implement such a price increase remains to be seen.
