The latest updates of Telegram are mainly focused on privacy, this application wants to use the subject of privacy as a way to attract more users.
Lately because of the scandals of data theft on apps like Facebook, Instagram … many users are concerned about their information (another big part is they does not care that they spy).

Hide Phone Number
In Telegram, you can send messages in chats and groups without making your phone number visible. So far we could only see the other person’s number if it had us added in their comments.
But thanks to the update to Telegram 5.7, this has changed the way of working completely, now we can choose among the options if we want to share our phone number.
1. All: Your number is visible to anyone who opens your profile.
2. Contacts: Your number is visible only to those in your contacts, even if they do not have your number in their contacts
3. Nobody: their number is visible only to those users who already have their number in their contacts.
Better integration between Bots and Webs
Telegram has long offered a tool called “Telegram Login Widget” that, once integrated into our website/project, allows users to register and login directly with their Telegram account.

New themes for Android
As for Android, the Telegram team has redesigned most of the confirmation dialogs in the application and improved the design for searching messages and adding people to the groups.

New Conversation button on the channels
Telegram channels are a tool to transmit your ideas/thoughts to an unlimited number of users. Group chats offer a capacity of up to 200,000 members so they can speak freely.
Since Telegram launched the channels and groups, users have asked to add conversations to channels and a way to send messages to groups. With this update, administrators can add a group chat to their channel to serve as a link to the group on the one hand and on the other serves to automatically forward everything that is public on the channel to the connected group.
In order to activate this function, we must go to the settings of our channel and click on conversation to add one or more groups to the channel.
