Razer has introduced the new Kraken X Headset. It is wired. It is easy and cheap. Kraken X is designed for comfort throughout the day. The new design is much slimmer than previous Kraken family headsets and weighs just 250 grams, making it one of the lowest weight headsets in the market. In combination with the soft memory foam with integrated channels for glasses and the customizable headband, the Kraken X is characterized by a particularly high level of comfort.

7.1 Surround sound is an essential part of gaming. Therefore, the inexpensive Kraken X has 7.1 surround sound instead of stereo sound – 7.1 surround sound cannot be found in any competitor headset in the same price category. To guarantee the competitive advantage, the 7.1 surround sound software provides precise, positional audio in the midst of battle. This makes it possible to locate the action in the game at any time. 7.1 Surround Sound is available for Kraken X on Windows 10 64-bit.

Kraken X has a flexible microphone. Background and background noises are filtered so that your own voice is heard in the best possible way, and crystal clear communication with the other players is always guaranteed. The earlobe has a button to mute the microphone and volume control for quick and easy operation.

Kraken X is compatible with numerous devices. Thanks to the universal 3.5 mm connector, it can be used with PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. The Kraken X is in classic black, the also available Kraken X for Console comes with black and blue accents.

Razer also announces today that 7.1 surround sound will be available for all over-ear headsets launched in 2019 in the $ 99 fare category, including the recently released Kraken 2019.
