According to Microsoft’s Larry Hryb, the controller has been completely re-engineered for the ultimate performance. It will also be highly customizable, allowing you to tweak how it feels and behaves to suit your preferences.

Microsoft features USB-C support and Bluetooth, and a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 40 hours per charge. It seems that the controller design has been revamped to include a wrap-around rubberized grip, too. Overall, it seems like a substantial update to the existing design, with a lot more customizations done for the key connectivity support gamers.

With Microsoft expected to reveal the Xbox Two at E3 2019, could the Controller Series 2 be the default controller for the new console? Microsoft says to start taking preorders for the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. It will be available on November 4th in 24 countries, priced at $179.99.
