Redmi launches 2 power banks; 10000mAh standard and 20000mAh fast charge version

Redmi is prepping to launch two power banks, respectively Redmi charging treasure with a capacity of 10,000 mAh and 20,000 mAh. The power banks have a minimalist design and are priced aggressively.

As for the design, the devices are made out of hard white plastic and have rounded corners to make it effortlessly glide into your pocket. The front of the device carries the emblem of the company, and the rear gives the regulatory information, disposal guide, battery capacity, and other vital details.

On the right side, the device houses a power button which can be used to the turn on or turn off. Besides, it also has four LED indicators mounted on top that indicate the amount of charge left in the device. Surprisingly, the power banks feature two different types of charging ports, which makes it a versatile option to opt for.

Redmi Power Bank 10,000mAh variant features dual USB-A output interface which enables two devices to be charged simultaneously. It also comes with in-built USB-C & Micro-USB dual input ports moreover it is equipped with a 37Wh high-density lithium polymer battery.

The Redmi 20000mAh power bank is equipped with fast charging support, USB-C and Micro-USB input and a large capacity 74Wh lithium-ion Polymer battery. It also supports 2 USB output each having 18W fast charging and can charge two devices simultaneously with 5.1V to 3.6A.

The first sale will start on July 23rd at 10 AM. Redmi 10,000 mAh variant will cost 59 CNY (around Rs 599 in India) whereas the Redmi 20,000 mAh variant will cost 99 CNY (around Rs 990 in India).
