Honor Unveils “Icelandic Illusion” Version of Honor 20 Pro Alongside Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro

Last year, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor launched the Honor 9X series. Followed by the Honor 8X series, at an event in China, Honor launched the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro. These smartphones are available in the Chinese market only, but it is expected that soon it will be available on the global market. Both the smartphones have almost similar features, not only in terms of its appearance but also in terms of its features.

Both the Honor 9X and the Honor 9X pro measure 163.1mm x 77.2mm x 8.8mm and weigh 206g. Both the smartphones have a 6.59 inch OLED display with 2340×1080 px resolution. Honor 9X and Honor 9X pro will be the first of Honor’s series to have a pop-up camera. This mechanism is used so that the body to screen ratio increases.

The Honor 9X and the Honor 9X Pro have an in-display fingerprint scanner. 52 GPU. The Honor 9X has a dual-camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. However, the Pro version sports a tripe camera with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The selfie cameras of these smartphones are of 16MP. The smartphones run on a 4000mAh battery. The Honor 9X will be available in Blue, Red, and Grey, while the Honor 9X Pro will be available in Grey and Purple.

The Honor 9X has three variants- 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM, 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM, and 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM, and they are priced at INR 14,000, INR 16,000 and INR 19,000 respectively. Honor 9X Pro is available in only two variants- 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, and 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM, and they are priced at INR 22,000, and INR 24,000 respectively.

Apart from the launch of the Honor 9X and the Honor 9X Pro, Huawei has also unveiled the “Icelandic illusion” version of the Honor 20 PRO. The imaging technology of the Honor 20 PRO is the most impressive one yet. It includes 48 million HD main shooting, the industry’s largest aperture, dual OIS four-axis optical image stabilization, and 30x digital zoom.

The Icelandic illusion colour of the Honor 20 PRO will be available on and from 30th July both at the online and offline platform. The 8GB+128 GB variant of the same is priced at 3199 yuan.
