There are three storage variants of the phone, which can also be expanded with the help of MicroSD card.

As per camera, the phone uses Samsung ISOCELL GW1 sensor for the primary 64-megapixel camera. The main camera has f/1.8 aperture and support for electronic stabilization. The other three cameras are - an 8 -megapixel wide-angle camera (f/2.25), a 2-megapixel macro camera (f/2.4), and a 2-megapixel depth sensor (f/2.4). At the front, the Realme XT includes a 16-megapixel shooter, as a part of a waterdrop-style notch, with Sony IMX471 sensor and f/2.0 aperture.
