Pokemon Go’s September Community Day recently concluded, news of which had been covered by us in a separate article. The developer of the Pokemon Go wasted no time in announcing the details about tits next event. According to the details, Pokemon Go's October’s Community Day is set for Saturday, October 12, 2019. As is the case with any Community Day, the players taking part in the October’s Community Day will have chances to catch Pokemon originally from Ruby and Sapphire, Trapinch.
The September’s Community Day was launched earlier than its usual designated time, and the next event, that of October’s, will apparently follow in the same footsteps.
Trapinch will appear more frequently for the players to catch during this event. What is more, the Shiny Pokemon Go Trapinch will also make a frequent appearance during the October’s Community Event.
On the other hand, if a player successfully evolves the Ant Pit Pokemon to its final form, the Flygon, the Pokemon will be subjected to learning a special event-exclusive move.
Even though the Niantic developers have mentioned that the Pokemons will come equipped with new moves, it is not sure yet as to what kind of combat moves those are going to be.
Apart from catching more Trapinch, Niantic will also offer a couple of other bouses during this event. The players will have the chance to earn three times the usual amount of XP when a Pokemon is caught during an event. On top of that, any Lure Modules will last for three hours rather than the usual 30 minutes.
Pokemon Go's Trapinch October’s Community Day will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time. On the sidelines, the first Gen 5 Pokemon made their debut in Pokemon Go as part of the mobile game’s final set of Ultra Bonuses. Niantic developers also added an item called Unova Stone which is used to evolve a certain species of Gen 5 monsters.
