The expected OnePlus 7T is already a reality. The company led by Pete Lau has officially presented it in the city of New Delhi, the capital of one of the markets in which it has reaped the most fruit in recent years.
With this new product, the brand seeks to offer several of the most interesting and striking technologies of the OnePlus 7 Pro – its most advanced model to date – in an even more economical format.
This philosophy can be reflected, for example, on the phone screen, which, in addition to having AMOLED technology and 2K resolution, inherits the famous 90 Hz of the Pro model. Thanks to this, all the animations and contents reproduced on the phone present greater fluidity and uniformity, which translates into an even more pleasant experience for the user.
|screen||6.55 inches, AMOLED, Full HD + and 90 Hz|
|Storage||128 and 256 GB|
|Standard camera||48 megapixels, 0.8-micron pixels, OIS and aperture objective f / 1.6|
|Telephoto camera||12 megapixels, 1-micron pixels, 2x optical zoom and f / 2.2 aperture lens|
|Wide-angle camera||16 megapixels and aperture objective f / 2.2|
|Frontal camera||16 megapixels and 1-micron pixels|
|Connectivity||Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5, GPS, 4G and USB-C|
|Biometrics||Optical fingerprint reader under the screen|
|Fast charge||Up to 30W|
To this addition must also be added the new Snapdragon 855+ – a slightly better version of the 855 that all Android smartphone manufacturers mount in their high-end products – 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of UFS 3.0 storage.
The combination of these three elements, together with the new version of the UFS system and the 90Hz display, promises to make the OnePlus 7T one of the fastest and most fluid smartphones in the industry.
Behind all these elements, on the other hand, is a battery of 3,800 mAh capacity, somewhat larger than the one present in the OnePlus 7. In addition, it can be recharged by the new Warp Charge 30T system, which reaches a maximum of 30W of power, as the name implies.
The wireless charging technology that the rest of the high-end manufacturers have popularized over the past two years is absent
As far as biometrics are concerned, the OnePlus 7T has an optical fingerprint sensor located under the OLED panel. This offers the same experience of use, according to the manufacturer, that the previous model – whose size and speed has already increased compared to the present in the OnePlus 6T.
The last relevant novelty in OnePlus 7 is the main camera, which is now composed of three different sensors:
Standard camera: 48 megapixels, 0.8-micron pixels, OIS and f / 1.6 aperture lens.
Telephoto camera: 12 megapixels, 1-micron pixels, 2x optical zoom and f / 2.2 aperture lens.
Wide-angle camera: 16 megapixels and aperture lens f / 2.2.
The manufacturer claims to have worked especially in image processing and portrait mode, which rely on artificial intelligence algorithms to deliver the most accurate results. They have also implemented a new super-macro mode that relies on the wide-angle and allows you to take pictures of objects located at very short distances.
OnePlus 7T has been launched in two variants. 128GB storage with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage with 8GB RAM. The price is Rs 37,999 and Rs 39,990. The company has also kept its price aggressive.
