Xiaomi announced today its new product, a new Xiaomi Smart Cabinet making it its 440th product on its crowdfunding platform. The price is set at 199 yuan or roughly $28.
Xiaomi smart cabinet comes with 252 high-density LED lights mounted on two vertical strips which is more than enough to lit up a place in front of the cabinet. Both of the LED light tubes will ensure that the required brightness is delivered by the cabinet. The lights come with Ra90 technology and the lamp supports 2700K-65000K step-less adjustment.
Lately, Xiaomi had been working on a lot of projects extending its crowdfunding platform. As is the case with any Xiaomi products, the mirror cabinet too can be controlled through Xiaomi’s Miji App on the user’s smartphone. The app offers a one-button defogging feature and also comes with support for four-speed light colors. The luminosity of the colors can be switched from light to dark and vice versa.
The cabinet itself has a minimalistic design but it opens up to more spaces and drawers inside it. The Xiaomi Smart Mirror cabinet can easily find its place in the bathroom. The smart cabinet coupled with its efficient design and brilliant usage of the layout makes it excellent storage space.
When a mirror is placed inside a bathroom, hot water can make the mirror foggy. Xiaomi’s Smart Mirror Cabinet features a PET heating film embedded inside the mirror door. This heating film is heated at a certain constant temperature to evaporate any mist. The user does not need to manually switch the heating system on or off.
Xiaomi smart mirror cabinet will automatically shut it down once it has completed its work. What is more, the height of the cabinet can be adjusted according to the user’s preference. The cabinet is made up of aluminum which makes it a perfect choice for a humid environment. The touch panel is waterproof, making it work perfectly even with wet fingers.
