The news on the Huawei front has been quiet for some time. Recently a piece of official news was seen pertaining to the release of the new Honor MagicBook series notebooks from Huawei. Honor MagicBook has been seen by some critics as Honor’s answer to MacBooks by Apple. They resemble much in terms of its appearance.
However, Honor’s MagicBook laptops have always been somewhat pocket-friendly in the sense that these MagicBooks are not as expensive and over-the-top as MacBooks. Anyway, according to the official news, the new generation of the MagicBook series will launch on November 26, 2019.
The images posted by the company itself shows off the preliminary outer designs and helps us what to expect from the upcoming laptops in terms of appearance. From the pictures, it looks like the new series will have little or almost nothing changed i.e., the new models have retained the original design of the MagicBook.
However, the upper bezel and the lower side of the bezel looks thinner. This also means that the screen-to-body ratio would increase. In this case, the screen ratio should be 90% or higher. That is all for appearance and nothing is known about the configuration of the MagicBook. The previous models of the Honor MagicBook ran on Intel Core and had an AMD Ruilong versions with up to 16 GB of DDR4 memory and 512GB SSD.
The Huawei Honor MagicBook series is expected to feature Magiclink 2.0, a fingerprint scanner/ power button, a hidden camera, Dolby panoramic sound. Moreover, Huawei is going overboard with the addition of four speakers. The Honor shark fin fan 2.0 will also be included to keep the machine cool and in good working condition to optimize the performance.
