Xiaomi Youpin announced the name of its crowdfunding issue 464 on December 12th, 2019. The new product is an intercom that Xiaomi has labeled as Extreme Bee Intelligent Network Intercom.

Xiaomi intercom can achieve inter-provincial interconnection through 4G and WLAN networks. Additionally, it will provide a free 4G card for one year. However, network preference is not limited to using 4G only. When the time comes depending on the environment, the users have the freedom to switch to 3G, 2G networks without any hassle.

Moreover, the conversation done over the Extreme Bee Intelligent Network Intercom will be protected with real-time encryption. Additionally, the intercom can be used to talk not only with other walkie-talkies but with mobile phones and tablets also. The calls can be listened back to by the user using the walkie-talkie or the app. The same can be used to view the chat history.

The built-in GPS Beidou hybrid positioning will let everyone know of the intercom’s position and talk to them using just a touch. The SOS function of the intercom can send location information to the mobile phone in the time of emergency.

The intercom can also be used to control other products from Xiaomi as well. It can also turn on Mijia’s smart home, turning on lights or sweeping the floor with just a single sentence.

Xiaomi intercom supports individual calls, groups can also be built using the invitation code.

The intercom comes with the Type-C charging interface while supports charging from other methods such as mobile power, car, etc. The new gadget is supposed to work for over 40 hours on a single charge.

The 2-inch large IPS color screen can display time, signal, power, group and other content. Xiaomi Intelligent Network Intercom is priced at 399 yuan and is available in a snowy white and deep blue color.
