With the arrival of voice messages in WhatsApp, many people find it comforting over typing long texts. It conveys emotions in a better manner too. However, these voice notes might stop working at times.

Some users are experiencing voice messages distortion while creating one. That means they are unable to record audio messages. Others either see the black screen while hearing WhatsApp audios or get an error ‘This audio is unavailable.’

Since last week, users have complained about distorted voice messages on Nokia models after the Android 10 update. Many people are having some problems with their Nokia devices along with WhatsApp’s voice messages.

New updates come with new features just as Android 10 had come with some of the newest ways to control your privacy, customize your phone, and get things done. But sometimes things don’t work the same as expected. Since the update of Android, Nokia users have been facing numerous issues with their handsets.

“I got the Android 10 update around a week ago, and since then Whatsapp voice messages on my phone play distorted” – a user’s post on December 17.

The complaints of the users keep piling as they face fast battery draining with hardly any standby time, and even taking a long time to charge the phone, taking enough reload time thus making the entire system much more frustrating for the users.

Though numerous complaints are seen, things have not been acknowledged regarding the problem faced by Nokia users. Let’s see when the Finnish multinational telecommunication company, Nokia finds a solution to this.
