After much teasing, PUBG tweeted that the much-awaited Panzerfaust is finally available on the test server. The new update 6.3 introduces new weapons, includes some bug fixes and quality of life improvements including the much-requested change to invincibility in Team Deathmatch.

While the Panzerfaust has its advantages it comes with its own disadvantages, such as it takes up the primary weapon slot limiting the choice of weapons on the Karakin. Furthermore, the projectile can be dodged by the attentive player.

The Panzerfaust warhead explodes upon impact, but can also be blown up mid-air if any damage is done to the warhead or if it is shot by bullets. Once the warhead is fired, the Panzerfaust tube will be discarded and cannot be picked back up, and it is one time use the only weapon.

Few additions have been made to the Tommy Gun, such as a sighting slot for red dots and holos and upping damage, the M249 is moving from Care Packages to normal loot. Some advancement in the Tommy Gun include increased firing accuracy, increased rate of fire from 700 to 750, is tougher to control but does less damage, reduced standard ammo capacity to 75, increased recoil, increased base bullet damage from 39 to 41, increased rate of fire from 650 to 670 and much more.

The update further includes the improved visibility of nearby items on the ground by enhancing the glowing effect and adding a new pulse effect. The new pulse effect can be disabled with the addition of an electric static sound to the Blue Zone wall that will let the players know when the Blue Zone is near.

Some of the bug fixes include the map texture quality, the name of victory dance 12 emote not displayed properly, visual misalignment on the Blue Zone UI among others.

Starting April 1st (KST) / March 31st (PDT), there will be a countdown on the Survivor Pass lobby banner notifying players of the pass end date. Moreover, 4 new Badlands skin sets have been added that are available until 15th April 2020.
