Must Read

With the Coronavirus creating havoc in the world and the number of cases rising every hour it is becoming tremendously difficult to provide the citizens of the affected nations with testing kits. In this drastic situation, Google has come forward with its app to find Coronavirus cases.

That the number of cases is increasing is a serious concern but at the same time, it is heavily incumbent on the department of health to provide the testing kits to the needy. But the problem lies in the fact that a lot of these kits are wasted as some people are getting testing for the sake of it and not because they show symptoms. This causes a great crisis in the current situation.

With a decrease in the number of test kits due to undue usage and lack of newer kits, it is becoming a ravaging situation. In this situation, Google has taken up the initiative to lessen this wrong usage of kits. With the Google Reward app, it is trying to launch a survey through various relevant questions that will make sure if the user needs a test.

Google is trying to collect as much data as possible to create a sort of map of this pandemic. There has been yet another project, launched to properly locate the disease and its gradual spread. It is called the Project Baseline.

So Baseline Covid-19 program is now trying to connect with the people of California to understand the current situation as know which masses need the testing. They have asserted that expanding access to reliable screening is critical to containment efforts.

Even in these times, they are working day and night with experts like researchers, clinicians, engineers, designers, advocates, and volunteers to contribute to the map of human health and participate in clinical research.

It is now incumbent upon us to provide them with all the necessary data to enable them to achieve success in generating information for better health. This project is soon to be carried out worldwide.

This is the time when technology is trying to do its bit for the establishment of health under the stress of the global pandemic. We wish good health to the safe people and speedy recovery to the affected ones.

Google has initiated the mapping of the corona effect using the Google Reward app. Similar schemes like Project Baseline are also heading towards combating Covid-19.
