Google Pay payments app is reportedly down for some users. There is not a single issue regarding the dysfunctionality of the popular UPI payment app. Whereas some Google Pay users are complaining about the app is not working or their accounts being deleted, some people are complaining that their transaction is not being completed for a long period of time.

The only remedy for some users is to upload the details of their SBI accounts to GooglePay, but since the app is crashing every now and then users are unable to do that also.

The Google Pay payments app is not working problem faced by many users who have taken to Twitter to voice their concerns to GooglePay.

GooglePay India issued a statement that reads, “We are aware that some users faced difficulties with linking their bank accounts on GooglePay today. The issue, impacting a small number of users, was identified earlier today and our teams have worked to resolve it and have implemented a fix within the hour. The issue stands resolved and users will now be able to use the app normally. Users facing any issue should reach out to Google Pay support through our app. We regret the inconvenience caused and are committed to providing our users with a seamless payments experience.”

Some users complained on Twitter that Google Pay has removed their bank accounts registered on the app. The users need to connect back to their existing account. This problem is not widespread but many users have been affected by this problem randomly. Most of the users who complained about Twitter are facing the same problems more or less.

Google Pay not working

Google Pay is one of the topmost used mobile payments apps in India, and this app is one of the reasons why the UPI’s digital service in the country saw massive growth. This could be a temporary issue, but since most of the problems had been faced by its users for a long time now, Google Pay India needs to take a swift step to solve this problem.
