With the fast charging technology, the styles and looks of smartphones have changed along with its type or battery set up. If you have used smartphones that were launched even around 4-5 years ago, then you are probably aware of the removable battery of the phones.

Now, these removable batteries are age-old stories because the latest technology does not allow room for such removal of set up. It is strongly recommended not to disassemble the battery or the other parts. But this new phone, Lenovo A7 having been launched, is going against the stream and providing removable batteries.

So when most of us thought that this trend cannot come back, here it is. If you missed it, think no more. But yes this phone is launched for the markets of the Middle East and China. Whether it will make it’s way soon into the Indian market, is still a doubt.

Lenovo A7 is powered by entry-level Unisoc SC9863A processor. This is an octa-core chipset that stores 8 ARM Cortex-A55 cores and consists of a performance cluster that has the capacity of pulling through up to 1.6 GHz and an efficiency cluster that allows its capacity till 1.2 GHz. This chipset, earlier know as Spreadtrum also uses the PowerVR IMG8322 /GE8322 graphics card and also supports 1080p video quality.

The features that the poster displays are the following.

  • 6.09-inch water-drop display. This means that the phone may have used a foregone battery style but they have remained steadfast on the latest display options.
  • Talking of battery, it has a capacity of 4000mAh charge. It also claims to have 416 hours of standby time.
  • You must be interested in the cameras. The phone has dual back camera 13MP main camera and the 2 MP subordinate one that helps in the depth effect. The front camera is a 5 MP one for a selfie which can recognize 12 types of scenes with its AI Intelligent scene recognition system.

Although no price of Lenovo A7 has been informed by Lenovo yet, we still hope for its availability sooner. There are still plenty of people around the world who want removable batteries in their phones with the latest display and processor options. And hence let’s wait for the time this gets launched Lenovo A7 finds its way into all other markets.
