Xiaomi is extending its range of home products and trying to bring into its categories which prove to be a necessity for every home. Likewise, the Chinese tech giant has launched the Mijia inkjet printing machine.

The printing machine is wireless above everything else which makes it easier for everyone to use this machine. There is no hassle of connecting it to a computer or anything similar. Furthermore, the Mijia machine is a wireless all-in-one, meaning that it is not only capable of printing wirelessly, but could also be used for copying and scanning documents and photos.

If the user feels the need to connect this machine to a computer, he/she can do so using its computer USB connection. The set-up is pretty simple. Furthermore, as this was manufactured keeping in mind other Xiaomi home products, the machine is a cheap deal too for its users because the black and color cartridges cost only 69 yuan each.

As mentioned before, the set up is pretty easy since the fuselage of the machine is equipped with a visual panel, and if the printer is connected to the computer for the first time, it will automatically download the driver.

Xiaomi has made the machine affordable without compromising its printing quality. The Chinese company mentioned that it uses high-quality imported ink, quick-drying technology that makes the print eligible. The standard full-capacity original ink cartridge can print 480 pages in black and white and 150 pages in color. The scanning and copying of documents could also be done in black and white inks; moreover, the color is also accurate and highly restored. It also supports scanning multiple pages of paper documents to the mobile phone for archiving as PDF, etc.

The inkjet printer also supports smartphone printing for both Android and iOS, so printing something right off of a smartphone would be totally hassle-free.

The Mijia inkjet printing machine is available on the market from 1st June at a pre-sale price of 499 yuan. The product will go on sale on June 11 in China.
