We know that everything on earth has been affected by the pandemic COVID 19. It hasn’t even left the space research projects. Gaganyaan project of ISRO which was supposed to be launched this year has been therefore postponed to 2021.

The Gaganyaan project was supposed to be an unmanned flight. It was scheduled to be launched this year itself but due to the grip of Corona, this launch idea has been canceled and rather postponed.

Gaganyaan primarily focusses on satellite launches. So with the change of the dates that were fixed in 2020 calender, the launches have now been removed and 2021 is to be heavier with tasks. If all the dates launches were successfully performed then by 2022 human beings could be sent to space.
