The OnePlus 7T smartphone, released in September 2019, happens to be one of the flagship devices of OnePlus. Priced at Rs 34,999 in India, it has a 90Hz fluid display and features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ System On a Chip (SoC). It has three independent rear cameras which are 48MP, 16MP and 12MP individually. It uses Android 10 and has a storage capacity of 128GB.

However, of late, users have complained of certain issues that have surfaced with the phone. Certain users have stated that the phone security while switching off the phone from the lock screen, needs to be updated. There are also certain issues with the chrome pages freezing while users are browsing.

The heating up of the device is another major problem with this model and some users have also complained of battery draining away very fast.

One user has also complained about the phone lagging while performing even the simplest of tasks. According to the accounts of these users, sluggish performance seems to be a major issue bothering them.

Another user complained that while watching a YouTube video, their OnePlus 7T phone suddenly got switched off and rebooted automatically.

One of the users has requested for a software update to fix the bugs. The said user had changed their device from a Samsung to OnePlus mobile, recently.

OnePlus has not addressed the grievances of their users, as of yet.
