The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi has put up the sale of yet another new product on Youpin. This time the new product is an eBook Super Reading Xiaomi inkpad X.
This eBook Reader is manufactured under a different company that bears the name Shanghai MoCen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This company is a well-known manufacturer in China, popular especially for manufacturing high-end eBooks in China.
As for its specs, the new eReader book features a 10-inch E-INK screen. The screen size is something that really grabs everyone’s attention since the conventional eReaders usually come with a 6-inch screen. Furthermore, the new reader also comes with an increased resolution.
The resolution for the new Xiaomi Inkpad X eBook reader is 1600 x 1200. The reader also comes with a glare-free glass panel for clear, sharp text, and 24-level warm and cold dual-color temperature reading lamp.
Under the hood, the reader runs on an ARM Quad Core A7 processor with 1.8GHz. As its operating system, it has Android 8.1. As for its memory storage, it comes with 2GB LPDDR4 with 32GB of eMMC memory storage; furthermore, it runs on a 3,800mAh battery that supports USB Type-C charging.
It comes with dual-band WiFi connectivity with Bluetooth 5 and has all the latest news added to the eBooks of this 2020. The device also supports third-party devices such as a mouse and a keyboard so that the user can write.
Price and availability
So far the Super Reading Xiaomi inkPad X is only available in China for sale, and it is highly unlikely that it would be released elsewhere in the market. The Super Reading inkPad X eBook reader is priced at 1699 yuan on Youpin. Other websites such as Aliexpress, Gearbest, or Banggod as resellers might list the same product at a slightly reduced price in the upcoming few weeks.
