Samsung Galaxy S10 series has some of the best-looking smartphones in the international market. However, the recent battery issues have become a major drawback for the phones in this series.
It seems like Galaxy S10e is having battery drainage issues after it got its security patch update in February 2020. Samsung has been getting a lot of complaints against the issue but still has not taken any action.
Battery drainage is not a new problem for smartphones. Smartphones consume a lot of battery due to its background apps and other activities. Sometimes, hidden caches also cause battery drainage.
However, the issue seems different Galaxy S10e this time. Samsung has been receiving a lot of complaints regarding the battery drainage issues for a long time. But, it looks like the February 2020 security update is causing the recent massive battery drainage over the devices.
A certain Galaxy S10e user has complained that he was facing battery consumption right after he got the February security update. The problem was still there even after he reset his device.
This is not the only one. People are complaining that their Galaxy S10e is also had battery drainage issues even when they are doing nothing on the phone. A huge number of complaints are getting submitted every day but Samsung is still unresponsive to them.
The service centers still don’t have any proper solution for them. Currently, Samsung is running July 2020 security patch update for the Galaxy S10 series. However, there is still no improvements in this update. We still don’t know when Samsung will acknowledge this problem and come up with a solution to end the users’ misery.
