PUBG Mobile esports awards 2020 is now live with Bonfire mode

PUBG Mobile is one of the most popular games available on the mobile platform right now. Additionally, in a hope to supersede its popularity, the developers always keep it interesting at the PUBG Mobile gaming platform and likewise has introduced a number of events for players to participate in it, over the years.

In keeping up with its rapid growth, Tencent has announced that the long-awaited PUBG Mobile Esports Awards 2020 is now finally live.

The award will obviously be given to professional PUBG Players; however, people can cast their votes for their favorite professional player. The event will last for a week from 15th July through to 22nd July.

The people who intend to vote can log into their accounts between 15 and 22 July. The lucky players will be given the rare opportunity to play alongside the most popular players of the PUBG Mobile World League Season Zero.

The process for selection would be a random one. Tencent would choose 64 lucky players for the opportunity. The official announcement for the commencement for the Esports awards was done via Twitter.

The tweet read, “The PUBGMOBILE Esports Awards 2020 is now live in-game! Log in during the period 15-22 July to cast votes for your favorite professional #PUBGMOBILE player. Lucky players will get the chance to play alongside the most popular players of #PMWL Season Zero.” The tweet was followed by a link that would take the players directly to the voting system.

The awards for the winners will consist of different kinds of categories and titles for professional players and teams from around the globe. Apart from that, the PUBG Mobile World League 2020 has already started which will last till 9th August 2020. In this league, teams from the East and West divisions will battle it out for a massive prize of 425,000 USD each.

It should be mentioned that almost a week ago, PUBG Mobile released a new map. PUBG Mobile’s latest update is now available on both Android and iOS platforms, and the new update comes with the introduction to the new Livik map. The Livik map is the smallest map in PUBG and comes with four terrains: Snowy hills, water, desert, and jungle.

It allows up to 52 members, and the match lasts for only 15 minutes. Some of the exclusive gear and vehicles that come with this new map include a P90 sub-machinegun, Mk12 marksman rifle, and Monster Truck vehicle. Furthermore for obtaining the special weapons, the players will have to find Experimental Trial Weapon Crates around the map.

The game also adds new features such as the Bonfire mode, and a new Barrel Extender muzzle attachment. Other improvements include System features, Radio messages, Vouchers, the Guncraft system, firearm attachment finish features, download speeds, Achievements and Achievement Rankings, Clan classification, Ace Badge features, Settings features and Brothers in Arms.
