Samsung Odyssey G7 32-inches monitor has been reported to suffer from flickering problem. As many of the users report on the Samsung community, the problem mainly arises while G-sync is being used; otherwise not. But as for many of them, G-sync compatibility is of main importance and utility, it is a real problem.
The problem appears with the 27-inches model as well. The flickering issue is present when G-sync is enabled, and it affects every single activity, gaming, browsing, everything. Even the Windows startup screen shows the problem, one user reports.
However, Samsung has not been very cooperative on the fact yet. Users’ comments reveal that the tech giant has not yet resolved the issue. Fun thing is, the marketing page says, “Flicker Free: Yes”. But it is likely to be a general problem with the monitor as so many people find the same. Disturbed by such an annoying problem, many of the users might opt for returning the monitor.
We can expect that Samsung will shortly take care of the matter because otherwise, it can be huge for its reputation.
