Huawei announced its first-ever NFC one-touch networking mobile router, the Huawei Mobile Router. The Chinese company has highlighted, time and again, the three major selling points of this mobile router, namely the plug-in card Internet access, one-touch networking, and a dual-network dual-communication.

Reports show that the abilities of Huawei Mobile Router are not limited to only that. It also supports mobile network Internet access (card insertion) which should work perfectly fine for mobile office use and could also perform well for mobile travel.

Huawei’s main strength with this new mobile router is that it supports both mobile and wired Internet access. The wired network is solely for broadband users and the mobile access could be used where the broadband is not available.

Huawei had mentioned that the new router provides four efficient Internet access modes. This includes conversion of the mobile network to Wi-Fi using the SIM card, and the conversion of the mobile network into a wired connection through the insertion of a SIM card to convert the mobile signal into a wired signal. This, in turn, could be used to connect to desktops and other devices.

Switching from a wired network to a Wi-Fi network is easier, and it functions the same as any ordinary router. The wired network could be transformed into another wired network using external wired broadband to provide wired signals for desktops. This mobile router will also support automatic switching when the network is disconnected, or so the company claims.

The report mentions that if either a wired network or a wireless network is disconnected,Huawei Mobile Router can automatically switch to the other network mode in seconds. If the original network mode is restored, it will automatically switch back to the original state.

Huawei will start the pre-sale of Huawei Mobile Router on September 1. The detailed specs and price of the router are yet to be announced.
