Samsung has announced the Galaxy S20 in February but more are yet to be revealed. A possible cheaper Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is going to be released soon it seems.

The Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will be available in 4G LTE and 5G variants for European customers. The 4G LTE will have the Exynos 990 chipset whereas the 5G one will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. This offering of different chipsets in the different variants of the same phone is new for Samsung.

It will have a 128 GB of internal memory coupled with 6GB of RAM variant in Europe. There will also have a massive 4,500mAh battery and support for 15W fast charging. It will be based on Android 10 under the One UI 2.5 out of the box. But updates to Android 11, Android 12, and Android 13 will be available according to the new software policies of Samsung.

It will have a 6.5-inch flat Super AMOLED display with 120Hz of refresh rate. It will bear a small punch hole for the selfie camera and a Full-HD+ (2400 x 1080p) resolution. There will also be Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added protection and in-screen fingerprint scanner.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will come with a 32-megapixel f/2.0 sensor with a triple-camera setup. The main sensor is 12-megapixel with an f/1.8 aperture. The sensor will be identical to the one on the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 & S20+ flagships with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter that has support for a 123-degree field-of-view and an f/2.2 aperture. It also includes an 8-megapixel f/2.0 3x telephoto zoom with optical image stabilization.

Thus there will be support for 8K and 4K video recording to the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. The plastic modeled beast measures in at 74.5 x 159.8 x 8.4 mm and is expected to introduce the smartphone in late September or early October.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will be available in White, Blue, Orange, Red, Green, and Lavender for the consumers and the speculations suggest that the device could retail at $799 in the United States, $200 cheaper than Galaxy Note 20.
