Google has released a leak for the new Nest Home smart speaker

Google had recently released a leak for a new Nest Home smart speaker – that is going to follow the original air freshener, Google Home speaker. The new smart speaker, along with a new Chromecast with Bluetooth remote might get announced at a September 30 event.

Some official renders of the Nest Home have been leaked and this can be attributed to the @rquandt on Twitter and WinFuture.de. The new speaker can be launched in two new colors that could be “chalk” and “charcoal”.

The renders have shown the various faces of the Nest Home and we can also see the availability of the power cord, which might have a new proprietary plug. The front of the speaker will be lit by four-LEDs that is responsive to speech and will light up on speaking.

There could also be a mute switch on the back of the speaker along with the “G” logo of Google. Like the predecessors, this can also have some touch-sensitive areas for volume adjustment.

Google will hold an event on 30 September for announcing new devices like the Pixel 5, Pixel 4a 5G, a new Chromecast, and the new Nest Home speaker. The leaks of whose render has been released. The event will start at 11 AM PT.

The Pixel 5 from Google may look like the Pixel 4a in design but with better specs. It might come with 8GB of RAM, a 90Hz display, and a new ultra-wide camera on the back. So the variety of devices will surely take the audiences by storm and they can expect the finest of features out of the box.
