Facebook has confirmed that there will be a feature to chat with Facebook friends. Thus because of this inter cooperation, the users can use just one messaging app to connect with people across other apps. This will also work even if there is no Facebook account or vice-versa.

In time, there are further plans to extend the same to WhatsApp. To make Facebook a ‘living room’, messages should expire automatically. Privacy tools will help the users to select the people who can converse from the main list. Some can be put in the message request folder and some will be prevented from messaging and the Accounts center can also be managed in this way.

Features like Single Sign-On, Facebook Pay, and other cross-app features can be utilized easily. There will also be a “Safety Notices” feature in Messenger, that helps users to trace suspicious activities. There will however be no joining of the inboxes.

Features like the “Vanish Mode” will allow users to vanish messages just like in Snapchat. The “Selfie Stickers,” will also have the Boomerang variants and messaging can be done to five friends. Thus we need to wait and watch how this feature tow out and help the users.
