Oppo has teased a few of its new products that are yet to be introduced or launched. Oppo will host a launch event for these products, on October 12. Also, Oppo Smart Life announced that it would hold a new product launch conference on October 19th.
As is the pre-launch event ritual, Oppo announced the latest promotional posters. Although Oppo’s official blog post did not explicitly mentioned the kind of products the company would introduce, the comment section under the original post is swarming with speculations, most of which hint that the company will not only introduce and launch new TV products, but also other mysterious devices, the nature of which are still unknown.
In a promotional video which came out last month sort of gave the first peak of Oppo’s first TV product. The TV seems to have a very narrow frame standing on a silver metal base. On top of the upper frame, there seems to be a telescopic camera module.
According to some of the previous news that came to the front, the Oppo Smart TV is supposed to come in two size variants: one will be a 55-inch one, and the other 65-inches; both the smart TVs are supposed to be equipped with 120Hz quantum dot full screen.
It has almost been confirmed that Oppo’s upcoming event will surely introduce its first smart TV. More information regarding the specs, price, and availability of smart TV should be known after the launch itself.
As for the other products that have been deemed mysterious by the netizens, one of them is likely to be the New Enco series acoustic product, the Oppo Enco X. Reportedly, the Enco X has a more powerful noise reduction function. The rendering of this headset has appeared in the pairing UI of ColorOS. The netizens speculate that Oppo might also launch a smartwatch which would be very different from the traditional Oppo Watch.
