It seems that the current unavailability of the iPhone 12 Pro max in Europe is positing quite some problems for Apple in addition to the pre-occurrence of issues concerning the scarcity in stocks in China.

This issue is trafficking the company complaint forum as a European customer has recently complained against the lack of availability. Due to the sudden surge in the demand for which reports suggest that delivery time is hiking by two to three weeks, the company is now failing to provide the model in time.

Moreover, another e-commerce forum which has earlier made the delivery time accurate, relying upon customers’ satisfaction, has somewhat stepped back from stocking p the iPhone Pro max this time. This has made the situation furthermore complicated for Apple.

But this is not all to it. The demand-supply has worsened with the sudden suspension of its renowned supplier, Pendragon. The matter of suspension draws back to the earlier complaint where Apple was blamed for employing young people and forcing them for a longer duration of labor than the allocated time referred by the general rule of law. Speaking on this an Apple spokesman commented,

Pegatron “misclassified” these young people by allowing them to work on the night shift, overtime and even perform tasks outside the scope of the internship. Pegatron says it has resolved the situation, but Apple still maintains the block that prevents the Taiwanese from winning new contracts.

Reports also suggest that Apple’s pre-sale products are also due this November 13th making the matter worse concerning the delay that has harbored impatience in many of its faithful customers.

However, Apple is trying to tone down the negative impact by promoting the iPhone 12 Studio website in Europe. It will allow the citizens to easily access the webpage and avail of products without undergoing the hassle of rigorous scrolling the product pages.
