Realme announced another smartphone from the V-series, the Realme V11 5G. So far, the V-series has been exclusive to the Chinese market, and the new V11 too would come out in the Chinese market. The new smartphone will bring 5G support to low-end smartphones.
The Realme V11 packs an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The smartphones feature a 6.52-inch 720p LCD screen with a waterdrop notch at the top. The display offers an aspect ratio of 20:9; however, the refresh rate of the display is stuck at 60Hz. Inside the front notch, there is an 8MP selfie camera that comes with AI optimizations. The smartphone runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0. Furthermore, the smartphone features 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The back of the smartphone features two cameras in a new design. The design is similar to that of the recent Vivo smartphones. The dual-camera setup consists of a 13 MP main camera and a 2MP depth-sensing camera. Inside the camera island, there is also an LED flash and an AI logo. Overall, on the camera front, the smartphone does not offer much.
Additionally, the Realme V11 5G smartphone runs on a large 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The smartphone also comes with a USB-C port. Furthermore, Realme has included a 3.5mm headphone jack and other connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and 5G. The fingerprint scanner is mounted on the side of the smartphone.
Realme has made it clear that the smartphone would only be available in a single variant. The only variant of the V11 5G is priced at CNY 1,199 which is roughly INR. 14,000. The smartphone comes in two color options – Vibrant Blue and Quiet Grey colors. The sale for the smartphone has already gone live in China.
