Xiaomi Mi 10s has been launched in China. The smartphone made its debut with a punch-hole display and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Xiaomi Mi 10S features a 6.67-inches of Full HD+ curved AMOLED display that offers a resolution of 2340 x 1090 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the hood, the smartphone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB of expandable UFS 3.0 storage.
The Mi 10S 5G runs on Android 11-based MIUI 12 and packs a 4780mAh battery that supports 33W wired fast-charging, 30W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging support. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS/ Galileo, and USB Type-C port.
Following popular demand, the Xiaomi Mi 10S carries on its back a quad-camera setup that consists of a 108MP (f/1.69 aperture) primary sensor with OIS, 13MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor, and a 2 MP (f/2.4) macro lens and an LED flash. On the front, there is a 20 MP snapper for selfies. Additionally, Xiaomi has also announced that the smartphone will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It measures 162.6 X 74.8 X 8.96mm and weighs 208 grams.
The news of the launch of the Xiaomi Mi 10S recently surfaced, and a few tipsters took to Twitter to announce the news.
As per the tweets, the smartphone will come in three different memory variants: 8GB+ 128GB, 8GB + 256 GB and 12GB +256 GB. The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at RMB 3299, the 8GB+256GB model is priced at RMB 3,499, and the 12GB+ 256GB is priced at RMB 3,799.
The phone comes in three colors: Blue, Black, and White. What is interesting is that the Chinese tech giant has mentioned that the standard edition of the smartphone would not come with a charger in the box and that the package edition will have the 33W charger.
