Samsung to launch Adidas special Galaxy Buds Pro set in South Korea on April 5th

One of the biggest smartphone companies, Samsung has decided to launch a version of the new Galaxy Buds Pro true wireless headphones with one of the most famous sports gear brands, Adidas. The smartphone giant revealed the news on April 5th; however, the sale of this joint ventured truly wireless earphones will take place very soon. Reports claim that the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro Adidas special set of earphones will go on sale in Samsung’s home-market South Korea first, that too later this week only. The new earphones sport a classic combination of white and green, which is the color of Adidas.  

Reports have also claimed that Samsung will launch a set that will include not only the wireless earphones but will also include an Adidas Original snapback and a coupon for Adidas Stan Smith sneakers. The Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro Adidas special set will be priced at 279,000 won which is approximate 1,624 yuan, and the truly wireless headphones will be launched in South Korea at 7:30 pm on April 7th.

As the name suggests, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro special edition also comes with the sports brand’s original theme which could also be used for making customized lock screen, icon, call, and message interface on variously connected Galaxy smartphone. Moreover, the users can also add a shortcut icon to Adidas’ official store.

The Adidas snapback which is included in the set is made from recycled plastic, and the wireless buds themselves use 20% of environment-friendly post-consumer materials or PCM, keeping the environmental concerns in mind.

An executive of Samsung Electronics said, “We plan to launch this special edition for consumers who are pursuing value consumption, especially those of the MZ generation who are interested in sustainable products and fashion. In the future, we will continue to adopt Brands cooperate meaningfully to strengthen Galaxy’s unique eco-friendly ecosystem.”
