Vivo is all set to launch its new smartphone from the V-series in India. The upcoming smartphone from Vivo, the Vivo V21E 5G will launch in India on June 24th, 2021. A week earlier the key specs of the smartphone already surfaced online.

The upcoming offering from the Chinese company will sport a slightly different look than its 4G counterpart that was launched almost two months back in Malaysia. The Vivo V21E 5G smartphone features a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that offers a brightness of 600nits. Under the hood, the smartphone will run on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. Moreover, the phone will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Additionally, the smartphone will be powered by a 4000mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Underneath the display, the smartphone will also house a fingerprint scanner.

Various sources have tweeted and informed about the specs of the upcoming smartphone, and the specifications mentioned in those tweets align with the ones that were leaked almost a week ago. A leaked poster reveals that the smartphone will come with a dual-rear camera setup that consists of a 64MP primary sensor and an 8MP sensor which will be an ultra-wide-angle lens. Moreover, the smartphone also houses a selfie camera on its front inside the waterdrop notch. The smartphone features a 32MP f/2.0 Super Night selfie camera.

The design of the upcoming smartphone is very similar to that of its previous 4G variant, but the 5G variant will also feature a slim and trendy design. In India, Vivo will launch the smartphone in two colors: Sunset Jazz and Dark Blue. One of the colors is very similar to that of the Sunset Dazzle variant of the Vivo V21 5G smartphone. The smartphone will come with Android 11 out-of-the-box. The Sunset Jazz color variant is 7.79mm thick and weighs 167 grams, whereas the Dark Blue variant is 7.67mm thick and weighs 165gram.
