The Chinese company, Nubia officially announced the launch of its new 65W charger based on gallium nitride power. The company is using the third-generation Gan technology. What makes this charger interesting is that the new charger is the smallest one that features a four-port charger.

The new Nubia charger comes with one USB-A and three USB-C connectors. Moreover, the charger also comes with a heat dissipation technology, which makes the cooling process even and improves the charging efficiency.

The charger comes with a foldable plug design. The USB Type-A and the USB Type-C are located on the top of the charger. Because the charger is made of semiconductor material GaN, it is not only compact in design but also lightweight, making the charger ideal for use while traveling. Nubia claims that the GaN Charger can charge the Red Magic fully in 40 minutes. The Type-C single-port has a power output of 65W, and the other Type C has a single-port output of 30W. The Type-A single-port has an output of 24W. Furthermore, the charger comes with multi-layer protection, and inside, it is built using the best-in-class power electronics, controller, and protection circuitry.

Nubia 65W GaN supports SCP/FCP, QC 3.0, PD 3.0, AFC, and other fast charging protocols. Furthermore, it supports the intelligent switching of large and small currents. The Chinese company has also mentioned that the 65W GaN Charger is compatible with most Type-C phones, and other laptops and Macbooks, tablets, switch game consoles, and many other devices.

Although the pricing for the charger has not yet been disclosed by the company, the Chinese tech giant has mentioned that the charger will go on sale starting September 12 in the Chinese store JingDong. The initial sale will offer a good discount on its price.
