Users Experiencing Crashes When Using the Oneplus Nord CE 5G Smartphone

Nord users have been experiencing crashes when using smartphone. The OnePlus Nord is an Android-based smartphone by OnePlus and the first device in the Nord series.

With this experience, several complaints have been forwarded to the OnePlus official website.

According to a Nord CE 5G user who forwarded the complaints, since Saturday revealed that WhatsApp and Facebook are not working on its device.

In his wordings: “I am a moderate user of mobile. I recently bought a Nord CE 5G. While using Facebook, WhatsApp I am getting a popup as system Not Responding…”

He further stated, “While using WhatsApp when we go to media of any chat scroll using the scroll pointer getting not Responding popup frequently…”

He, however, expresses dissatisfaction with the product and maintains that: “I am totally disappointed with this mobile.”

While to another Nord user who complained about battery draining, said: “My Nord Battery is draining as hell”

He says, “In normal usage too, I’ve to charge my phone twice a day, which was not the case before. Though now I’m using my phone on 60Hz. Before Charging a day was enough on 90Hz. But now with the updated Phone is running.”

However, in response to the crashes, the OnePlus staff has apologized for the issues and promised to contact the affected customers accordingly.

Recall that OnePlus Nord was unveiled on July 21, 2020, and is the first mid-range smartphone from OnePlus since the OnePlus X. The smartphone is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 765G, Adreno 620 GPU.
