Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its Redmi Note 11 smartphone at its upcoming new product launch conference that is supposed to take place on October 28, 2021. The Redmi Note 11 lineup is expected to consist of the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+. Although this is exciting news, the Chinese tech giant also revealed that it would launch a new customized version of the Power-Z Redmi alongside the flagship smartphone.

As could be expected of any device before its launch, very little is known about the customized version of the Power-Z. Still, some reports have already claimed that the Power-Z Redmi device would be the perfect match for 120W magical seconds, which can also monitor the charging power. The previous notes about the upcoming Redmi Note 11 revealed that this series of smartphones would support a “120W magical second charge,” which is also known as the “industry charging power ceiling”.

This only means that the smartphone will be equipped with 120W of fast charging and that its charging solution employs dual-cell and dual-charge pump solutions. This not only reduces the voltage of a single cell but also makes charging safer while lowering the resistance. Moreover, this charging solution also promises less heat emission. More information about the Power-Z Redmi will be known once the flagship smartphone launches or the launch conference concludes.

The upcoming Redmi Note 11 series will come equipped with X-axis linear motors, and this series of smartphones will support WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 alongside multifunction NFC. The smartphone will also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has also been revealed that the smartphone will feature a high-brush AMOLED screen with a thickness of 8.34mm.

At the launch conference, Xiaomi will also launch, apart from the Redmi Note 11 series, and the Power-Z Redmi customized version, the Redmi Watch 2.
