Today, the world-leading internet and technology company, Tencent has officially announced October 30 to unveil the new IP game, Honor of Kings at the Sixth Anniversary Ceremony of Kings at 20 o’clock.
The new IP game will be the first by the company. According to Sensor Tower’s most recent study report, “Honor of Kings” has surpassed 10 billion dollars in sales to become the world’s largest mobile game. Players have spent more than 10 billion US dollars (about RMB 64.4 billion) in total consumption since the game’s inception in 2015, making it the first mobile game to do so.
Recall that in November 2015, Tencent unveiled the MOBA-type domestic mobile game developed, King of Glory, which features a series of 6th-anniversary activities, including gifting skins and titles.
The Honor of Kings is a famous multiplayer online battle arena game created by Tencent subsidiary TiMi Studio Group, which is also responsible for Call of Duty: Mobile and Pokémon Unite. The mobile game had 100 million players as of November. However, its popularity has resulted in heightened scrutiny.
However, ahead of unveiling date of the new IP game Honor of Kings, Tencent has released the program of the event which includes:
First of all, sending a limited skin, sign in and select one of the Zhubajie Zhu Wuneng skins or the anniversary limited skin, follow by a return to the polls, the awakening battle, a limited-time event, and a fantastic duel are about to begin.
Likewise, in honor of the six-year anniversary, a limited edition title will be handed away for free to free canyon prayers, personalized limited-time voices, permanent heroes, and skin gifts, at 8 o’clock in the evening of October 30th, exciting shows, and new mysterious IP works will be announced soon among others.
