According to news, the Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has added a number of Xiaomi Mobile trademark application information. The pattern of the trademark is very similar to the communication signal. According to the Enterprise Check App, the international classification of the “Xiaomi Mobile” trademark involves the areas of financial property management, advertising sales, communication services, etc. The current trademark status is an application for registration.

Previously, on November 3, the State Intellectual Property Office published a first-instance administrative judgment of Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. on behalf of the company. The judgment clearly showed that the Xiaomi trademark registered by other companies had been revoked, which means that only Xiaomi can legally use the trademark; making the use of the trademark by other companies is a legal offense. Moreover, the judgment also made sure that Xiaomi obtained the transfer of the Mi trademark.

According to an online source, “The result of the judgment was the rejection review decision to revoke the domain name graphic trademark of Xiaomi Company.”

Moreover, the company has applied for a number of trademarks this year, including Juyoudian, Shenxian Second Charge, Xiaomi People, and Mi Credit.

The Enterprise Check app had reported a few months back that the company had applied for a number of trademark application information for “Shenxian Mianzian” and “Redmi.” The Enterprise Check app last reported that the status of the document was “application for registration.” This was not surprising given that Xiaomi is considered one of the leading companies in fast charging technology, and it plans to equip its new 2022 flagships with a new generation of fast chargers.

This advancement too might have been hampered due to the Chinese government’s new ordinance which limits wireless fast charging support to only 50W. It would be interesting to see how Xiaomi equips its 2022 flagships.
