Earlier this morning, foreign media reports revealed that the Xiaomi Automobile company is currently negotiating with Aeolian Electronics for an automotive components supplier.

The Securities Times reported that Aolian Electronics stated on the interactive platform that the company is in touch with Xiaomi Motors. Still, it is currently not a supplier of Xiaomi Motors components. In response, Aolian Electronics made it clear that it is not currently.

When it comes to building automobiles, Xiaomi has to work with a lot of different parts suppliers, and Aolian Electronics is certainly just one of them.

Nanjing Aolian Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Growth Enterprise Market for the first time in December 2016.

It is a high-tech company that focuses on automotive power control components and is involved in research, development, manufacture, and sales of body control system components. It is renowned the leader in the field of vehicle electronic and electrical components.

Traditional automotive electronics, new energy automotive electronics, intelligent driving controllers, vehicle networking components, and other frontier sectors of the automotive electronics industry are said to be among Aolian Electronics’ key products.

Among its primary customers are SAIC-GM, GAC Toyota, BYD, Geely Automobile, Great Wall Motor, and other FAW Group companies.

Generally, smart electric vehicles, like smartphones, are incredibly complicated and sophisticated equipment, as a result, automotive makers cannot create a car without the help of various parts suppliers.
