Asus launched the new ExpertBook B1400 on December 21, 2021. The company’s latest addition to its thin and light laptops is the laptop. The latest Asus ExpertBook B1400 is powered by the Intel 11th Generation core processors. In terms of its design, the laptop follows the contemporary trend in design, and as such, the laptop features a rugged aluminum top shell.
As for a detailed list of its specs, the laptop comes with features such as NumberPad 2.0, dual heat pipe, an ErgoLift design. Moreover, the laptop also comes with a fingerprint sensor in the power button which takes care of the privacy of its users.
The display is a nano-edge display, and the display itself offers an 84% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the laptop features an Intel 11th Gen Core i7 processor that offers up to 48 GB of DDR4 RAM. However, users will also be given the option to choose an NVIDIA Mx 330 GPU as its processor.
In terms of storage, Asus offers the ExpertBook two storage options: 1TB and 2TB of HDD storage options. What is most interesting about this new laptop is that Asus is offering an easy upgradability option for the laptop. The company claims that upgrading this laptop s fairly easy since all it takes is removing a few screws, and the entire machine does not need to be dissembled.
In terms of connectivity, the laptop comes with USB 3.2 Gen-2 and USB 2.0 Type-A ports, HDMI 1.4, VGA, Ethernet, and an audio combo jack. The laptop can support up to three external monitors and two 4K UHD external monitors. The laptop weighs somewhere around 1.45kg and is just 19.2mm tall. The laptop comes with a 90W charger.
At the time of launch, Asus mentioned that the laptop will be available for sale at exclusive Asus stores and leading commercial PC partners at the price of INR. 32,490.
