Today, the Chinese smartphone brand and manufacturer, iQOO has revealed that it’s going to customize the first flexible straight E5 screen control experience and bring a visual impact straight screen with the latest light-emitting materials.

Since the official release of the Dimensity 9000 and Snapdragon 8 Gen1, there has been a consistent skirmish on which of these chips is better among the mobile phone manufacturers.

According to iQOO product manager @Galant V, a reported news today noted that a new flagship is coming up.

“iQOO’s is customizing the first flexible straight E5 screen control experience and bringing visual impact straight screen with the latest light-emitting materials known to create the best straight Andrews Screen flagship.”

It is believed that the new flagship is expected to feature in the upcoming iQOO 9 series yet to be released. Recall that iQOO just released two new models, Neo5S and Neo5 SE on 20th December 2021.

It has been learned that the iQOO 9/Pro has already achieved 3C certification and that the variants V2171A and V2172A will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU.

The iQOO 9 is rumored to have a 4550mAh dual-cell battery, while the iQOO 9 Pro will have a 4700mAh dual-cell battery that will allow 120W rapid charging. Reports also disclosed that the iQOO 9 standard version is planned to include two X-axis linear motors, dual speakers, and dual pressure sensors.

The upcoming phone’s screen is likely to have a refresh rate of 120Hz, and the design will be similar to that of the iQOO 7 and 8 series.
