The upcoming smartphone from Honor, the Honor 60 SE has finally received the 3C approval in China. The Honor mobile bears the model number TFY-AN40. Now that the smartphone has received the certification, the launch of the same is imminent. The Honor 60 SE will be the third addition to the Honor 60 series of smartphones.

Although the 3C certification website does not reveal the major specifications of the upcoming offering from Honor, there is a chance that the same smartphone will make its debut on the TENAA website. Notably, the TENAA website could reveal the major specs, if not all of it. Now that there are only a few days to the end of December, the Chinese smartphone giant may announce the smartphone in the month of January 2022.

The Honor TFY-AN40 smartphone’s appearance on the 3C certification website reveals that the smartphone may carry support for up to 40W fast charging. The listing does not mention any other information about the device but confirms the support for 5G connectivity.

Some details about the smartphone have already started cropping up online, according to the tipster WHY LAB, the Honor 60 SE will come with an OLED display with curved edges. Although the exact size of the display remains unknown, it will carry support for 10-bit colors.

The smartphone, furthermore, will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G chipset. The case renders of the smartphone, on the other hand, reveal that the back of the smartphone will come with a triple camera unit arranged in a similar manner to the iPhone 13 Pro.

The case renders reveal that the device is likely to lack a 3.5mm audio jack. The features that Honor equipped its Honor 50 SE may indicate that the smartphone may carry support for FHD+ resolution along with a high refresh rate.
