“My OnePlus 9 pro seems to My OnePlus 9 pro seems to need a hard reset more than my previous OnePlus 7 pro. I constantly find my shelf missing when using my phone. Farthest left screen is disables and needs a reset to be restored. Also a black box and screen appears and it happens intermittently, so far it’s been a bad experience with the OnePlus 9 pro compared to the seamless user to interface experience I had with my OnePlus 7 pro. Dispute a reboot the issues still occur.”

In response, OnePlus customer care asked: “Were you able to repeat it under certain circumstances? For the back screen, it happens randomly and I can’t seem to repeat it myself.”

“I could not replicate either. Mine was worse than this, the entire screen goes black with that black box in the center. The only option is to hard reset it by pressing the power button and volume up key. Happens randomly, though the occurrence has reduced since the last update.” User added.
