The upcoming Lenovo tablets are aimed at the “gamer elite,” who need exceptional build quality, fast CPUs, larger-than-average displays with extremely high refresh rates, and long battery life. These are characteristics that help them play the most difficult games on the planet.

Lenovo Gaming is known for developing gaming-centric tablets like the Y500, and with the Y700, they’re branching out into the smartphone market. This makes sense because smartphones are also used for gaming, and the Y700 has a huge display with a fast refresh rate, making it ideal for on-the-go gaming.

Today, the Chinese multinational technology company has officially lifted the embargo on its Legion Y700 gaming tablet, allowing a complete list of specifications to be released for the first time.

The tablet’s features and many real-life photographs from all angles were uploaded today on Weibo by tipster Feiwei, and the overall package seems rather remarkable.

The new Legion Y700 comes with a Snapdragon 870 processor, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage, and it comes pre-installed with ZUI 13 based on Android 11. It has an 8.8-inch display with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Dolby Vision and HDR10 are also supported by the panel.

The tablet will be powered by a big 6550mAh battery that can run popular games for up to 6 hours on a single charge and supports 45W super flash charging. It also has an X-axis linear motor for haptics, which is a standout feature. The USB port is a 3.1 Gen2 port.

On February 28th, the Lenovo Legion Y700 gaming tablet is slated to be unveiled at the 2022 Saver Ecology Spring New Product Launch Event, which will also feature new gaming phones, gaming tablets, and gaming notebooks.

The Legion Y700 gaming phone and Legion Y7000P + Y9000P gaming laptops will join the Legion Y700. The laptops will have RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards and Intel 12th generation processors.
