The 2022 WWDC is expected to feature the latest innovations in Apple iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS 13, watchOS 9, and tvOS 16. At the same time, the company to help developers how to create groundbreaking apps and interactive experiences.

However, an image of the Apple iOS 16 system interface was leaked online via a Twitter post, denoting: “Apple internal A brand new interactive desktop widget, InfoShack, is currently in the early stages of development and will continue to be adjusted in the future. The widget may improve the experience for iPhone users.”

Judging from the leaked image, the iOS 16 interface system is named “InfoShack,” and it can accommodate a variety of widely used devices, such as a flashlight, screen brightness adjustment, home key, and Apple TV remote controller, timer, among others.

Over the years, these interactive function switches have been unavailable in iOS desktop widgets, causing many users to be frustrated. And this time, the American tech giant appears to have listened to user feedback and improved it. This will ultimately result in higher hardware needs, and earlier models’ hardware will be unable to implement such additional functions.

In addition, the video call icon style of iOS 16 is identical to that of Mac OS, implying that Apple will combine the UI styles of iOS and Mac OS in the future, allowing the two systems to communicate with one another and eventually achieve interoperability.

Additionally, it is expected that Apple may unveil two new Macs at the WWDC, one of which is the new MacBook Air. The new MacBook Air will feature a colorful design, the same color as the M1 iMac, new ports, support for MagSafe charging, and a better FaceTime front-facing camera, while no information about the other brand-new Mac yet.
