After surpassing a major milestone of 1 million purchases, Stunlock Studios have provided a dev update on their future plans for V Rising in 2022. As per Steam DB, V Rising has become one of Steam’s well-known franchises by player numbers, having recently reached a continual player milestone of 150,000+. The videogame surpassed 130,000 continuous users in the previous week, to become Steam’s greatest popular premium game.

What’s new in Stunlock Studio’s Dev update future plans for V Rising in 2022?

V Rising has gotten a lot of favorable feedback, so the team is working on getting on board, which will be a major challenge. The game started with the early access and the developers are aiming and working on the game for a complete launch.

Several processes follow a predetermined itinerary, a road that leads to a certain goal. While they clearly have V Rising’s aim in mind, the route isn’t predetermined. While they introduce themselves into the wilds, they’re improvising the axles of our wagon, ensuring the horses are well-fed and everything runs smoothly. Bug patches, stability tweaks, server performance, and quality-of-life enhancements are our top priorities right now.

The developer team stated in the blog post, revealing their future plans for 2022, “For 1.0, we can guarantee you something extremely exceptional! With enough time… More weapons to wield, wealth to pilfer, and spells to create will be available. There will be additional V Bloods, which will bring new challenges, new territories to explore, and new ways to upgrade your castle to show off your vampiric grandeur. A universe that will feel new every time you plunge in and sink your teeth into it. The adventure of the vampire is far from done.”

Another future plan of Stunlock Studios for V Rising will be to review all of the data and input from the first few weeks of Early Access to ensure that the master plan can be implemented heading ahead in 2022. Developers are already working on new content to give Vardoran a new lease of life, but upgrading the game requires more than just adding additional stuff to what the team already has. It must progress throughout the process to ensure that V Rising reaches its greatest potential.
